It comes from the combination of two words – Chill and Relax and during this event you learn to make your own body and facial masks using natural ingredients and pouring positive vibes and all your love during the process.
Because at the BLC we believe in an holistic and wholesome approach to education, we have designed this program to take place every second Friday of the month as an anticipation to the weekend, to create the right mood for that well deserved getaway but above all to wire your brain to calmness and tranquility. A relaxed brain is turned on to learning and consolidating new concepts easily!
We define a holistic approach as harmony between body, mind and spirit and only when these elements are aligned the human brain is prepared to enthusiastically welcome any type of experience that lasts and brings change.
At BLC we care not only for the wellness of our students but of their whole family because we see education as a journey and partnership between parents, students, schools and us, the supporting team. Therefore all family members are welcome to participate and, even though the program is geared to adults, if required, we can provide babysitting for the lil’ ones while you take some time to pamper yourself. It is the dream of any parent: relaxing while children are being stimulated by caring professionals!
The BLC is a conscious and nature friendly centre and, in that sense, we not only recycle, but we try to minimize waste. We use ripe fruit and natural ingredients for our masks. The aroma of the natural fruit mixed with the essential oils takes your mind to believe that you are indeed soaking in the green forest and when your mind is untroubled, you are fully present in the moment and living in the “now,” which is in itself a kind of meditation gratifying for both body and spirit.
Chillax also provides a fun and enjoyable way to interact with like minded people while practicing and consolidating your English Language in an engaged and supportive environment.
Wholesomeness in a jar, for adults and kids, at the BLC in one place every second Friday of the month!
